Nowadays, the difficult employment has become a social issue, it is necessary to establish a long-term and systematical interactive mechanism of government-school- enterprise cooperation. Only to form a cohesive force of three parties, only to complement advantages and to share duties together, the benign mechanism of Cooperation dialogues between education and industry can be built so as to ease the difficult employment problem.
