基于“神光Ⅱ”装置的四分幅X射线K-B显微成像系统

摘要 X射线时空分辨率成像是ICF相关实验研究中的最重要诊断技术之一。X射线的时间分辨能力主要依托于X射线条纹相机、分幅相机两种设备来实现。配合针孔阵列、多通道Kirkpatrick—Baez(KB)显微镜或球面弯晶阵列等X射线多幅成像元件,分幅相机可以对样品进行二维空间、多个时刻的状态诊断。
