摘要
大学校院评鉴的受益者是多方面的,其核心受益者乃学生。2012年,台湾大学校院系所评鉴进入5年一轮的第二周期,其评鉴由教学导向转为学习导向,其目的在于评估学生的核心能力,确保学生学习之成效。回顾第一周期系所评鉴和大学校务评鉴之成效与得失,评介第二周期系所评鉴项目及指标之修订,试图概括变革中的台湾大学校院评鉴的三个特性:评鉴制度的连续性、评鉴行为的民主性和评鉴方向的发展性。
Although university evaluation benefits various circles of people,the core beneficiary is the student.In 2012,university evaluation in Taiwan entered into the second round,with each round having aperiod of 5years.In the second round,the evaluation is turned from teaching-oriented to learning-oriented,whose objective is to evaluate the student's core competency to ensure the learning efficiency.This paper reviews the strength and weakness of the first-round faculty evaluation and teaching affairs evaluation,and evaluates the revision of evaluation items and indicators in the second-round period.The paper intends to sum up the three features of the National Taiwan University evaluation in the period of transformation:continuity of the evaluation system,democracy of evaluation operation,and development of evaluation orientation.
