罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effects of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Epidural Labor Analgesia

目的探讨罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的应用效果。方法将该院收治的96例产妇按照麻醉方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组采用单纯罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,观察组采用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,观察两组产妇的镇痛起效时间、完全阻滞时间、镇痛持续时间,评价麻醉效果,记录不良反应。结果观察组产妇的镇痛起效时间、完全阻滞时间、镇痛持续时间均优于对照组产妇,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇麻醉效果优良率为93.7%,显著高于对照组产妇的75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇在不良反应发生率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼应用于硬膜外分娩镇痛效果好,临床应用安全性高,是一种理想的分娩镇痛麻醉方式,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in epidural labor analgesia. Meth- otis 96 cases of maternal admitted in our hospital, in accordance with the anesthesia, were divided into observation group and con- trol group with 48 cases in each group. The control group used ropivacaine alone for epidural anesthesia and the observation group used ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural anesthesia. The onset time of analgesia, completely blocking time and du- ration of analgesia of the two groups were observed, the anaesthetic effect was evaluated and adverse reactions were recorded. Re- stilts In the observation group, maternal onset time of analgesia, completely blocking time and duration of analgesia were better than those in the control group, there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. The observation group＇s excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect was 93.7%, significantly higher than the control group＇s 75.0%, there was statistically significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the aspect of adverse reaction rate between the groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ropivaeaine combined with sufentanil for epidural labor analgesia has good effect and clinical application of high security, which is an ideal labor analgesia, and worthy of further clinical promotion.
