温度对活性污泥-生物膜复合工艺中红斑顠体虫爆发性繁殖影响 被引量:1

Effect of temperature on explosive breeding of Aeolosoma hemprichi in activated sludge-biofilm hybrid system

摘要 活性污泥-生物膜复合工艺在春夏之交常发生红斑顠体虫的爆发性繁殖,使系统性能恶化。用烧杯实验模拟活性污泥-生物膜复合工艺,保持填料投配率为30%,分别在不同温度下(20,25,30℃)运行实验装置,待运行稳定后,接种红斑顠体虫,创造条件以观察红斑顠体虫是否发生爆发性繁殖。实验结果发现,红斑顠体虫在25℃和30℃都不同程度产生了爆发性繁殖,最大种群密度分别达到383个/mL和200个/mL,同时,红斑顠体虫的爆发性繁殖不会对进出水的COD和氨氮去除产生影响;在温度25℃和30℃时,红斑顠体虫爆发性繁殖都导致了总氮的释放,红斑顠体虫种群密度分别大于等于66个/mL和50个/mL可分别作为红斑顠体虫在25℃和30℃发生爆发性繁殖的标志;实验也证明了红斑顠体虫的爆发性繁殖不会产生大量啃食生物膜的现象;用SPSS做多元线性回归分析,得出红斑顠体虫的最大种群密度与总氮的释放显著相关。 Annual outbreak of Aeolosoma hemprichi breeding in activated sludge-biofilm hybrid system usu- ally occurs at the end of spring and the beginning of summer,which significantly deteriorates system performance. In this Study, activated sludge-biofilm hybrid processes were operated in three 1.0 L reactors at 20,25 and 30℃ , respectively. In each reactor,the volume of suspended carriers added covered 30% of the total liquid volume. Aeolosoma hemprichi was inoculated after steady state was obtained in each reactor. The aim of the experiments was to investigate whether outbreak of Aeolosoma hemprichi would occur under different temperatures. The result showed that,outbreak of Aeolosoma hemprichi occurred both at 25℃ and 30℃, when the maximum population density of Aeolosoma hemprichi reached 383 ind./mL and 200 ind./mL,respectively. It was proved that the outbreak of Aeolosoma hemprichi had no influence on the removal of COD and NH4-N,but it led to the increase of TN. The result suggested that population density of Aeolosoma hemprichi higher than 66 ind./mL or 50 ind./mL is the sign of outbreat at 25℃ and 30℃ ,respectively. It was also observed in the study that the outbreak of Aeolosoma hemprichi would not directly lead to biofilm lost. Result of SPSS analysis showed that the maximum popula- tion density of Aeolosoma hemprichi correlated significantly with TN release.
