Young teacher should learn teaching skills and carry on the teaching idea and teaching experiences from excellent teachers when they are in the new job position.Young teacher should also combine teaching with their researching field and specialized characteristic to form their own teaching style.As a young teacher majoring in physics in the new post,l will discuss how to teach college physics course well in this paper according to my learning and experience.
