The Discussion about chimney anti-corrosion plans in large thermal power plants

由于国内脱硫烟囱防腐历史较短,经验也不多,对脱硫改造后湿烟囱的防腐工程重视不够,造成最近几年烟囱防腐出现的问题越发严重。因此,针对脱硫防腐烟囱的烟气特点和复杂多变性,通过调研烟囱腐蚀事例并综合分析,提出了新建大型火电厂烟囱结构选型、防腐材料的建议。

Anti-corrosion for chimneys problems became more and more in recent years, because of the shorter domestic history and the lack of experience of desulfurization and chimney anti-corrosion, and the inadequate attention to the transformation of desulfurization of wet stack after corrosion engineering. Through the research and analysis about chimney corrosion cases, this article makes some suggestions about new selections of chimney structure and anticorrosive material in large thermal power plant, focused on the flue gas＇s characteristics and complexity of the Desulfurization anticorrosion chimneys.
