摘要
焊接是通过加压或加热或两者并用,用或不用填充材料使同种或异种材料达到微观粒子间永久性结合的过程。其最显著的特点是材料间局部加热或加压,这使得焊接难免在材料间产生残余应力等内部应力,在宏观上表现为焊接变形。如何较好地控制焊接变形一直是焊接的热门话题。在张掖电厂一期脱硫塔底板的焊接过程中,我们采用了良好的焊接工艺,很好的控制了焊接变形。
