个性化护理在子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的应用效果研究

The Effect Analysis of Personalized Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Myomectomy

目的探讨个性化护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的应用。方法将96例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者随机分为对照组与观察组各48例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行在常规护理的基础上采用个性化护理,比较两组比较两组术后下床时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组的术后下床时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的全过程,有利于术后的康复,减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis the effect of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of myomectomy. Methods 96 pa- tients with the need of myomectomy were divided into objective group and the control group. The personalized nursing plan was used in the objective group, and the control used the traditional nursing plan only. The difference of related indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The time of get off bed, stay in the hospital of the objective group was shorter than the control group. The incidence of complications of the objective group was lower than the control group. However, the nursing satisfaction of the objective group was higher. Conclusion It would get a satisfactory effect to use personalized nursing in the perioperative period of mvomectomv.
