电子结肠镜下高频电刀治疗结肠息肉184例临床探讨

Clinical Experience on 184 Cases of Colon Polyps Treated by Electronic Colonoscopy under High-frequency Electric Knife

目的探讨电子结肠镜下高频电刀治疗结肠息肉的疗效和安全性。方法选择2009年9月—2012年10月该院收治的结肠息肉患者368例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予氩离子凝固术,实验组给予电子结肠镜下高频电刀手术,对比疗效。结果实验组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用电子结肠镜下高频电刀对结肠息肉进行治疗具有较好的疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of high-frequency electric knife under electronic colonoscopy in the treatment of colon polyps. Methods 368 cases of patients with colon polyps from September, 2009 to October, 2012 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given argon plasma coagulation and the experimental group was given high-frequency electric knife surgery under electric colonoscopy. The clinical efficacy was compared between the groups. Results The cure rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion High-frequency electric knife under electronic colonoscopy is quite effective and safe in the treatment of colon polyps.
