摘要
本文所述制剂为鼻腔喷雾剂的一种,其采用新型高分子材料卡波普(Carbopol)及对鼻纤毛毒性较小的苯扎溴胺作为制剂的辅料;在碱性条件下(pH11.0),利用一阶导数分光光度法消除辅料的干扰,在227±1nm处直接测定利巴韦林的含量,平均回收率为100.017% ,RSD=0.35% ;以经典恒温法进行稳定性观察.在常温下,保存期为2年以上.
