摘要
硬铝异形盘件在压铸成型后,需要在加工中心上进行二次钻孔加工,以满足装配使用要求.本文通过对硬铝异形盘件二次加工时夹持方案的设计与分析,夹持动力分析与计算,夹具体零件设计与校核,论证了专用夹具的设计方法.
Based on the current pumping concrete pump hydraulic system fault diagnosis method deficiencies, combined with years of experience in hydraulic failure diagnosis. A set of concrete pump suitable for pumping hydraulic system is summed up which is accurate, fast fault diagnosis system. The fault diagnosis system is mainly based on the hydraulic pressure test diagnosis," look and smell" diagnostics, device performance diagnostics and displacement measurement method supplemented by comprehensive diagnostic troubleshooting procedures. And inspection system is further improved through the establishment of classic case of archives which has played an important role in guiding in in practical work.
