摘要
介绍了中温固体氧化物燃料电池(IT-SOFC)阳极材料体系及工作过程,为进一步研究新型的阳极材料奠定了基础.
Objective :The research aimed to determine and analyze the fatty acid compositions of Hypomesus olidus muscle. Method: The lip soluble components were extracted from Hypomesus olidus muscle by Soxhlet extraction respectively. The extracted fatty acids were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after methyl etherification treatment, and the relative percentage of each component was confirmed by peak-area normalization method. Result: Total 38 kinds of fatty acid, including 21 kinds of unsaturated fatty acid and 17 kinds of saturated fatty acid were identified from oil of Parthenoeissus quinquefolia muscle. The main components of unsaturated fatty acids were palmitoleic acid (8.11% ) ,9-octadecenoic acid, (12.25%) all z,5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid ( 8.43% ) ,4,7,10,13,16,19-docosahexaenoic acid ( 11.85% ) etc. While the main components of saturated fatty acids were palmitic acid ( 8. 13% ), tetradecanoic acid ( 2.71% ), octadecanoic acid (4.23 % ), etc. Conclusion: This result provides the nutrition and health value of Hypomesus olidus were higher and it had better-development and utilization prospect.
