摘要
目的 探讨原癌基因c met在乳腺癌血管生成中的作用及其临床意义 ,为寻求抗人乳腺癌血管生成药物提供依据。方法 应用SP免疫组化和计算机图像分析技术 ,对 80例乳腺癌、2 0例乳腺纤维腺瘤的微血管密度和c met蛋白表达进行定量测定。结果 乳腺癌组织微血管计数、c met阳性表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期显著相关 (P <0 .0 1)。高微血管计数与c met阳性表达显著相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 原癌基因c met激活参与调控乳腺癌的肿瘤血管生成 。
Objective To find the role of prooncogene c met in the process of tumor angiogenesis by studying the expression of c met in breast carcinoma so as to provide basis for finding anti tumor angiogenesis drugs.Methods By using immunochemical method and computer image analysis technique, microvessel density and c met protein expression were quantitatively determined in 80 cases of breast carcinoma and 20 cases of fibroadenoma.Results The microvessel count and expression of c met in breast carcinoma tissues were significantly correlated with histologic grade, lymph nodal metastasis and tumor stage( P <0.01).Positive rate of c met expression was significantly correlated with high microvessel count( P <0.01).Conclusions Both tumor angiogensis, measured by the microvessel count, and c met expression were significant prognostic indicators for patients with breast carcinoma.In addition,the activation of prooncogene c met might play a role in tumor angiogenesis of breast carcinoma.
