摘要
通过对德国双元制职业培训的企业培训课程和职业学校的学习领域课程进行分析,阐述了德国企业和职业学校如何在课程中体现工作过程导向的思想,发现企业课程与学校课程的配合可以有效地解决理论与实践脱离、知识不系统的问题,其课程编制的关键在于以项目或者任务为载体、在行动阶段实施过程中着重培养学徒的行动能力和职业能力。
The paper analyzes the courses in the vocational colleges of Germany and the enterprise training courses of Germany and describes how the enterprises and the vocational colleges of Germany realize their working-process-oriented concept in their teaching and training courses.The study finds that the mutual cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges in the courses will effectively tackle the problems as the disengagement of theory from practice,nonsystematic knowledge,etc.and the key of curriculum development is to take tasks as the carrier and foster students' vocational ability in the task implementing process.
