摘要
在日益强调高职学生人才培养和就业的大环境下,高职院校的招生问题同样日益明显,专业之间比例极不平衡,社会需求和人才培养之间不对称。以高职院校文秘专业为例,一边是高职院校招生困难、生源紧张,一边是用人单位对专业人才的大量需求,社会岗位缺口大。文章拟从这一矛盾现象入手,深入分析造成高职院校文秘专业供需错位的原因,并试图破解高职院校文秘专业的招生困境。
The difficulty of the enrolment for the secretary major in vocational colleges has protruded recently, which causes the great lack of such kind of talents in the market.The paper analyzes the reasons that caused such a phenomenon and proposes some measures to help vocational colleges go out of the predicament.
