摘要 立足高职教育的专业人才培养目标,阐述校内生产性实训基地的建设在人才综合职业能力培养体系中的地位与作用,论述项目化教学在高职药学类实践教学中内容、形式、方法的设计,突出培养学生的综合职业素质、技术实践与应用能力、创新与合作精神,确保高职教育的实践教学质量。 The paper,based on the target of fostering professional personnel in higher vocational education, describes the roles that the construction of productive training base in school plays to the improvement of the personnel's professional ability,and depicts the teaching contents,forms and the teaching method design of the item-oriented teaching mode in the practice instruction of pharmacy in vocational colleges to protrude the cultivation of students' professional quality,technic fulfillment and applied ability,innovative and cooperative spirit to insure the quality of the practice instruction.
