The paper,based on the target of fostering professional personnel in higher vocational education, describes the roles that the construction of productive training base in school plays to the improvement of the personnel＇s professional ability,and depicts the teaching contents,forms and the teaching method design of the item-oriented teaching mode in the practice instruction of pharmacy in vocational colleges to protrude the cultivation of students＇ professional quality,technic fulfillment and applied ability,innovative and cooperative spirit to insure the quality of the practice instruction.
