摘要
学制设计的有效性基于学生成长规律的普遍性。"学生成长规律"具有衡量遵循规律的"原点性"和"尺度性",以及区分学生成长规律、教育教学规律、学校治理规律的层次性及其"遵循"的逻辑次序。初中教育回归本质要从遵守教育规律走向坚守教育理想。
The effectiveness of school system design is based on the universality of the law of students' development, which can serve as a referenco point and scale for the degree to which educator follow such law. The hierarchy and logical priority among law of students' development, teaching, and school administration should be clarified. The return to the essence of junior high school education calls for the transformation from following to adhering to the education ideality.
