摘要
在新的时代背景下,学校教学需要担负新的职责,要以人的发展为使命,这需要建立一种新的教学管理体制来推动教学实践的革新。教学管理变革的价值诉求重在激发教师的自主意识和承诺。变革的方向包括,理性假设要从工具理性到价值理性,教学管理过程调控方式要从外部控制转向自我调控,教师的主体权威也要从行政权威转向专业、道德权威。
In the new context, schools teaching needs to take on new responsibilities, regarding human's development as its mission, so it needs to establish a new teaching management mechanism to promote the innovation of teaching practice. The pursuit of value in school teaching management reform is focused on teachers" autonomy and their commitment to teaching. The orientation of reform lies in transformation of hypothesis on rationality, from tool rationality to value rationality, the pattern of regulation on teaching management process from external control to self-regulation, as well as the authority from administrative power to professional and moral authority.
