摘要 目的:探讨输卵管造影术中水囊分次注入法与疼痛因子的相关性,为临床提供提高HSG检查成功率的方法。方法:选择就诊女性患者480例,随机分为实验组和对照组各240例,实验组采用分次推注水囊;对照组采用传统一次推注水囊。观察两组患者出现疼痛、球囊脱出的情况及检查前后疼痛相关指标(NGF、TNF-α、PGE2)。结果:两组患者疼痛程度及脱管情况比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),实验组患者的NGF、TNF-α、PGE2水平与对照组比较均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:分次推注水囊能够有效地减少患者的疼痛,提高临床HSG检查的成功率,避免输卵管收缩或疼痛引起的HSG失败,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To explore the correlation between successive injection of water sac during hysterosalpinography (HSG) and painful factor, provide a method to improve successful rate of HSG in clinic. Methods: A total of 480 female patients were selected and ran- domly divided into experimental group and control group, 240 patients in each group; the patients in experimental group were treated with successive injection of water sac, while the patients in control group were treated with conventional injection of water sac ; the painful degrees and balloon prolapse rates in the two groups, pain - related indexes before and after HSG ( NGF, TNF - α, PGE2) were observed. Results: There were statistically significant differences in painful degree and balloon prolapse rate between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the levels of NGF, TNF - α, PGE2 in experimental group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Successive injection of water sac during HSG can effectively reduce painful degree of patients, improve the successful rate of HSG, and avoid HSG failure induced by tubal contraction or pain, which is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
