摘要 目的建立以UPLC法测定藿香正气口服液(苍术、陈皮、厚朴、生半夏等)中尿苷、鸟苷和腺苷量的方法。方法色谱柱为ACQUITYUPLCBEHC,。(1.7}xm,2.1mm×50mm),流动相为水一甲醇梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,体积流量0.5mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果尿苷在10.29~102.9μ/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=87703X一3811(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.25%,RSD=2.46%,鸟苷在5.73~57.3μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=60604X一1478(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.34%,RSD=2.18%,腺苷在5.03~50.3μ斗g/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=61913X一524(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.88%,RSD:1.89%。结论该方法准确、快速、可靠,能有效地测定藿香正气口服液中3种核苷的量。 AIM To establish an UPLC method for detecting contents of uridine, guanosine and adenosine in Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid (Atractylodis Rhizome, Citri reticulatae pericarpium , Magnoliae officinalis Cortex, Pinelliae Rhizoma, etc). METHODS ACQUITY UPLC BEH Cs (1.7 Ixm, 2. 1 mm x 50 mm) was used, and the mobile phase was methanol and water in gradient elution mode, column temperature was 30 C, at a flow rate of 0. 5 mL/min and detection wavelength of 254 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 10. 29 102. 9 ixg/mL for uridin, the regression equation was Y = 87 703X - 3 811 ( r = 0. 999 9 ). The linear range of guanosine was 5.73 - 57.3 Ixg/mL, the regression equation was Y = 60 604X - 1 478 ( r = 0. 999 9). The linear range of adeno- sine was 5.03 -50. 3 Ixg/mL, the regression equation was Y=61 913X-524 (r =0. 999 9). The average recov- eries were 97.25% (RSD = 2. 46% ), 98.34% (RSD = 2. 18% ) and 98.88% (RSD = 1.89% ), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, rapid and reliable and can be used to determine the nucleosides in Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid.
