浸润性导管癌中CerbB-2和CD34的表达及相关关系的定量研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:定量分析CerbB-2和CD34在浸润性导管癌中的表达特点,并探讨其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化检测102例浸润性导管癌原发灶组织中CerbB-2和CD34蛋白的表达,用图像分析软件对CerbB-2阳性单位(PU)进行定量测试,计数200倍镜下CD34标记阳性的微脉管数即MVD。结果:CerbB-2蛋白定量表达和MVD均与浸润性乳腺癌肿瘤的直径、淋巴结转移、组织的分级和TNM分期有关(P<0.05),二者之间呈正相关(r=0.546,P=0.000)。结论:CerbB-2和CD34二者可能相互作用对浸润性导管癌的发展起到一定的作用。 Objective To quantitatively analyze the expressions of CerhB-2 and C1)34 protein anti their' COlTelations in invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods hnmunohistochemistry SP method was ped'ormed to detect the expressions of CerbB-2 and CD34 protein in 102 cases of primary invasive ductal careinuma tissues, the intensity (positive unit, PU) of CerbB-2 was quantitatively assessed by image analysis software. The number of CD34 positive mierovaseular under 200 magnification light microscopy was deilned as mean vascular dense (MVD). Results Both CerbB-2 positive intensity anti MVD in invasive ductal carcinoma we1e significantly associated with tumor diameter, lymph node metastases, histological classification, and TNM stage (P 〈 0.05). CerbB-2 was positively correlated with MVD (r = 0.546, P = 0.000). Conclusions The interactions of CerbB-2 and CD34 were closely related to the progress of invasive ductal carcinoma.
