摘要 在课堂教学中提高教学质量,实现有效教学是教师教学工作改革的重中之重。如何实现有效教学,四个环节尤为关键。教师多维备课是有效教学实现的实践基础,课堂科学调控是有效教学实现的外在保障,课堂有效教与学是有效教学实现的实施过程,学生激励评价是有效教学实现的动力源泉。
