摘要
企业竞争战略的目的是创造企业的竞争优势,而企业的竞争优势既外生于企业的环境,也内生于企业的资源和能力。文章从环境、资源和能力视角出发,探讨企业竞争战略的选择问题,并将三者结合起来形成竞争战略的构建模型。
The purpose of competition strategy of enterprises is to create competitive advantages in enterprises, which not only comes from external environment of enterprises, but also comes from internal resources and capability of enterprises. Starting from view of environment, resources and capability, the author makes a study of how to choose among competition strategies of enterprises and how to set up the model by combining the three factors.
