摘要
目的 :研究松龄血脉康对糖尿病 (DM)患者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、前列环素 (PGI2 )和内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)水平的影响。方法 :6 0例 2型 DM患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,2组一般治疗基本相同 ,实验组加用松龄血脉康 ,1.5 g,tid,连用 12 wk。测定治疗前后空腹血糖 (FBG)、糖化血红蛋白 A1 c(GHb A1 c)及血浆 NO、PGI2 、ET- 1水平。结果 :治疗前 2组各项指标比较差别无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。治疗后实验组血浆 NO、PGI2 水平较治疗前显著上升 (P<0 .0 1) ,ET- 1显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;FBG、GHb A1 c无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。对照组治疗前后所有指标均无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :松龄血脉康可改善 DM患者血管内皮细胞功能 ,能有效调节 DM患者血浆 NO、PGI2 、ET- 1水平 ,对 DM具有一定的辅助治疗价值。
AIM: To study effects of Songling Xuemaikang on plasma levels of nitric oxide (NO), prostacyclin (PGI 2) and endothelin (ET) 1 in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).METHODS: Sixty patients with type Ⅱ DM were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The general treatment of all patients were similar. The patients of the treatment group received oral Songling Xuemaikang (1 5 g×3 d×12 wk). Fasting blood glucose (FBG), GHbA 1c , plasma NO, PGI 2 and ET 1 were determined before and 12 wk after the treatment. RESULTS: In control group there was no change of the parameters before and after observation ( P >0 05). In the treatment group, there was no change of FBG and GHbA 1c before and after the treatment ( P >0 05), but NO and PGI 2 increased, ET 1 decreased after the treatment. The change of NO, PGI 2 and ET 1 were significant ( P <0 01). CONCLUSION: Songling Xuemaikang may effectively improve functions of endothelial cells, adjust plasma levels of NO, PGI 2 and ET 1 in patients with DM, it is a good drug for adjunctive treatment of DM.
