摘要
目的 :研究消肿止痛膏药的药效作用。方法 :制作家兔股骨骨折和软组织损伤模型 ,进行治疗观察。结果 :本药可促进家兔股骨骨折愈合 ,升高血清 Ca2 + ;能改善损伤组织肿胀的消退速度 ,促进组织恢复正常。结论 :本药有利于治疗股骨骨折和促进软组织损伤部位恢复正常。
AIM: To study pharmacodynamic action of Xiaozhongzhitong plaster. METHODS: The models of thigh bone fracture and soft tissues injury were made in rabbits, and the animals were treated with the plaster. RESULTS: The plaster can be much help for healing of thigh bone fracture, raise serum Ca 2+ , improve the detumescence velocity of swelling tissues. CONCLUSION: It is effective in treating bone fracture and able to accelerate the recovery of soft tissue injury.
