摘要 磁共振显像(MRI)为当前诊断脊髓肿瘤的最好方法之一。Gd-DTPA的静脉注射使脊髓病变的定位及定性亦得到一定程度的改善,但仍缺乏特异性。如果能在脊髓内肿瘤的定性方面有更多进展,将有益于术前计划的制定。脊髓内室管膜瘤全部切除的概率大。预后也优于脊髓星形细胞瘤。因此通过对脊髓室管膜瘤的MRI表现进行分析,探讨该肿瘤的MRI特征性表现。有助于鉴别脊髓内星形细胞瘤及室管膜瘤。 Magnetic resonanceimaging (MRI) is the most effective imaging modality for the evaluation of spinal cord neoplasms. Although the use of intravenously administered Gd -DTPA has further improved the detection and definition of such intramedullary lesions, there improvements have not been associated with a similar increase in diagnostic specificity. Improved specificity would aid inpreoperative planning. As ependymomas of the spinal cord can be more easily resected and are associated with a better prognosis than are astrocytomas. This paper attempts to assess the MRI characteristics of spinal intramedullaryependymomas.
