铱-192核素遥控后装机对脑瘤间质内照射的实验与临床应用研究

摘要 脑瘤间质内治疗随着神经成像技术的兴起和脑立体定向方法的进步而迅速发展成一种治疗脑肿瘤的新方法。本文作者用铱-192遥控后装机对脑瘤间质内照射进行了动物实验与临床应用研究,取得较好疗效。现就动物实验、临床应用、手术技术、剂量规划及并发症预防等进行详细讨论,供同道参考。 With the development ofmodern neuro -imaging and the improvement of the stereotactic technique in recent years, intratumor interstitial brachytherapy has rapidly developed a new approach for the treatment of brain tumors. The experimental study and clinical application using iridium-192 remote after-loading intratumor irradiation for the brain tumor were reported in this paper and good re-sults were obtained. The results of the experimental study and the clinical application, operational technique, and the questions about the dose planning and the prevention of the complications were also discussed in detail.
