磁共振功能成像(functional magetic resonance imaging, fMRI)是当今神经影像学领域中的一场革命,在我国尚处于起步阶段。近几年功能成像在脑功能研究领域发展迅速,特别是在对癫痫病人的临床定位和指导手术中的应用。本文着重介绍磁共振功能成像在癫痫中的应用进展状况。

Functional magnetic resonance imaging is the most modern technical method up today. This imaging started to use on neurological disorders gradually in the recent years. It developed repeatedly especially on the area of epilepsy. We introduce the development of fMRI on diagnosis and therapy of epilepsy cases.
