摘要
三维CT血管造影是螺旋CT扫描结合计算机重建技术而产生的一种新的血管成像方法。它在描绘脑血管三维结构以及毗邻骨结构上优于DSA,可清晰显示病灶与邻近血管的关系。在脑血管病诊断上具有简单、快速、非侵袭和可靠等优点,特别有助于神经外科术前的评估、手术入路方案的模拟比较、术中病灶准确定位以及长期系列随访研究。
The three -dimensionalcompluted tomographic angiography (3D -CTA) is a newly developed imaging modalitywhich is a combination of helical CT scan and computer reconstruction technique. It is superior to DSA in depicting the three -dimensional anatomy of cerebral vasculature and adjacent bone structure. It could clearly demonstrate the lesion foci with their neighboring vessels. It is a simple, rapid, noninvasive and reliable method for diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases and it is especially helpful in the preoper-ative evaluation, surgical approach planning, intraoperative orientation and long-term follow -up.
