目前各种心肌标志物(cardiac markers)的临床应用正不断深入,其心肌损伤后释放动力学已基本明确;早期标志物肌红蛋白和决定性标志物心肌钙蛋白T或I(cardiac troponin T and I)按照一定程序用于急性心肌梗塞(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)常规诊断的特异性敏感性大大提高;心肌钙蛋白对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)预后及疗效评价有重要意义,心肌钙蛋白T对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)病人心功能评估有价值。作者简要回顾了国外对心肌标志物,尤其是心肌钙蛋白T和I的基础和临床研究近况。
