摘要
:用靛酚法进行铵盐检查的灵敏度约为 0 .0 4μg/ml,而奈氏法为 0 .1μg/ml,靛酚法显色较稳定 ,不需使用汞盐试剂 ,用于铵盐检查优于奈氏法。
A comparison between two methods for ammonium detection was conducted, the detection limit of the indophenol method was about 0.04 μg/ml, and that of Nessler's method was 0.1 μg/ml. The former test did not need mercuric salt and its colorability was more stable.
