甘南牧区羊肉生产技术效果的研究

Techniques for Lamb Production in Southern Gansu

甘南牧区具有羊肉生产的基本条件,以藏羊为母本,边区来斯特为父本进行经济杂交,其F_1繁活率接近藏羊,断奶活重、日增重高于对照组(P<0.01),6月龄可获得14.7千克羔羊胴体,生产性能提高16％,每只羔羊增加收入27.75元,提高47.41％,节省饲草250～300千克。因此,在本试验范围内,边来×藏羊是肥羔生产的最佳杂交组合。最适配种时间为11月上中旬,屠宰期以6月龄断奶期最好。“人工隐睾”和“畜大壮”增肉剂在试验期内比对照组增加活重6.77％和6.27％(P<0.01)。

Border leicester(sire)was crossed with Tibetan sheep(dam) in a sheep-breeding farm in southern Gansu.The results showed that the replodtuction survival rate of F_1 was close to that of Tibetan sheep(control), the weaning weight and daily gain of F_1 were significantly higher(P<0.01) than those of control,the careass weight of the bred lamb at the age of 6 month was 14.7kg,which was 16％ greater than that of the control,and the forage consumption was 250-300kg less in comparison with Tibetan sheep.Each bred lamb produced 27.75 Yuan more(47.41％)than the control.Therefore B×D was the best cross combination for lamb production.The optimum breeding time was on Nov.10.It is suggested that slaughter be conducted at the age of 6 months.The use of artificial cryptorchidism and Chudazhuang resulted in 6.67％ and 6.27％ more liveweigt than the control respectively.
