老年2型糖尿病医学综合康复的疗效观察

目的探讨社会福利院老年2型糖尿病休养员康复医疗效果。方法 40例老年2型糖尿病休养员随机分为对照组20例和康复组20例,对照组进行常规药物治疗和自由活动,康复组在常规药物治疗的同时采用专业医学康复治疗措施。结果康复组患者饮食加运动干预后,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均非常显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组患者试验前后只有空腹血糖水平显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论综合康复治疗对老年2型糖尿病休养员血糖水平产生积极的康复效果。

Re- sult The fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose and glyeesylated hemoglobin levels of the rehabilitation group were signifi- cantly lower than before rehabilitation treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ;the control group only has the fasting blood glucose decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）, the 2h blood glucose and glyeesylated hemoglobin levels of the control group no significant change （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment has a positive effect to control the blood glucose level of elderly type 2 diabetes patients.
