RasP21蛋白检测与腺性膀胱炎及膀胱癌的关系 被引量：4

摘要 腺性膀胱炎是一种膀胱黏膜的增生性和（或）化生性病变,因临床表现多样,治疗效果不佳,且有癌变倾向,腺性膀胱炎与膀胱癌的关系学术界争议较大,腺性膀胱炎是否为膀胱癌癌前病变,观点不一.研究表明,Ras癌基因的激活是促发正常膀胱黏膜细胞恶变的重要途径,故癌基因表达产物的检测,特别是突变型P21基因蛋白表达产物的检测已引起广泛重视.笔者通过免疫组化方法,检测标本中RasP21的表达,探讨腺性膀胱炎和膀胱癌的发生、发展的关系.现报道如下.
