甲状腺消融治疗进展 被引量:5

摘要 目前临床甲状腺良性结节消融治疗的方法主要分温度、化学消融2种.自1997年Hussher等首次报道在内镜下行甲状腺切除以来,甲状腺内镜手术在临床上便逐渐开展起来,尽管内镜手术较传统手术减少了疤痕形成,但手术引起创伤的本质却没有得到改变[1].为追求更好微创效果,甲状腺射频消融治疗技术也逐渐被应用于甲状腺良性结节的临床治疗当中,现将甲状腺射频消融技术研究现状及进展介绍如下:
