2013年是哈军工创建的甲子年。哈军工之所以创造了高等教育史上的奇迹,成为一个时代的标志,主要原因是在办学中形成了哈军工精神。陈赓的教育思想、观念,是哈军工精神的核心,对现代高等教育的发展具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。如,"善之本在教育",突出强调把握教育的方向和根本目的,这是发展现代高等教育的前提;"教之本在师",强调教育大计,教师为本,这是发展现代高等教育的关键;"一切为了学生",强调以学生为中心,这是发展现代高等教育的核心;"尖端集中,常规分散",强调突出重点,创建特色,这是发展现代高等教育的标志。

This year is the 60th anniversary of the founding of Harbin Military Engineering Institute. The main reason for which Harbin Military Engineering Institute created a miracle in the history of higher education and has become a sign of the times,is the formation of the HaJunGong Spirit in her development. Chen Geng＇s education- al ideas and concepts, is the core of HaJunGong Spirit , which is an important guidance and reference to the de- velopment of modem higher education. For example, the nature of good implies in teaching highlighted the direc- tion and the fundamental purpose of education that we should grasp, and it is the prerequisite for the development of modem higher education;the nature of teaching implies in teachers , putting the emphasis on teacher-based educational plans, is the key for the development of modern higher education;＂ all is for the students＂ , emphasi- zes student-center, is the core of the development of modem higher education ; ＂the strategy of concentration on frontier science and dispersion of common science＂ , emphasizing focus, creating features, is the sign of the de- velopment of modem higher education.
