我院2012年门诊西药处方不合理用药分析

Analysis of Our Hospital Outpatient Western Medicine Prescription of Irrational Drug Use in 2012

目的了解我院门诊西药处方不合理用药情况,规范门诊处方,指导合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2012年每月10d的门诊西药处方,对不合理用药情况进行分析。结果门诊西药处方中存在不合理用药问题,主要表现在溶媒选择不当、用法用量不适宜、遴选药物不适宜、联合用药不合理。结论我院门诊处方合理用药水平有待进一步提高,医师、药师应提高业务水平、加强沟通,确保临床合理用药安全、有效、经济、适宜。

Objective To understand the irrational drug use of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital, standardized outpatient prescription and guide the rational use of drugs. Methods Outpatient western medicine prescriptions were randomly selected in our hospital ten days per month in 2012, and then analysis the irrational drug use. Results The irrational drug problems of outpatient western medicine prescription, are mainly in the inappropriate choice of solvent, the improper of usage and dosage, not suitable for the selection of the drug, not suitable for combination therapy. Conclusion The level of rational use of drugs in outpatient prescription in our hospital needs to be further improved, physicians and pharmacists should improve service levels, strengthen communication, to ensure the clinical medication safety, effective, economic and suitable.
