综合护理法对老年痴呆患者动态血压节律的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Dynamic of Senile Dementia Patients Blood Pressure Rhythm

目的研究老年痴呆患者在综合护理法下昼夜动态血压的变化节律。方法选取2010年10月—2012年11月本院收治的120例老年痴呆患者进行临床研究。随机分成A、B两组,每组60例。A组采用常规的老年内科护理方法;B组采用将患者集中专门的临床观察病房,并专门配备训练有素护理人员对组员进行内科护理。结果 B组患者ADL和MMSE评分均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者护理后日夜间平均舒张压和收缩压与A组对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理法能有效改善老年痴呆患者动态血压节律,值的临床推广。

Objective To study the change of rhythm in patients with senile dementia in nursing. Methods Clinical study of 120 cases of senile dementia patients from 2010 October to 2012November for the hospital. Were randomly divided into A, B two groups, 60 patients in each group. A group using the conventional method of elderly care in Department of internal medicine ; group B with the concentration in thespecialized clinical observation ward, and equipped with specialized nursing per- sonnel be trained with regularity of Department of internal medicine nursing on the team. Results In B group, through the comprehensive care in the ADL and MMSE score than the A group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Group B patients nursing day night average systolic and diastolic BP and A group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the dynamic of senile dementia patients blood pressure rhythm, clinical value.
