基于扩展描述函数法的直流变换器小信号建模与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 双向有源桥式电路(DAB)、谐振类直流变换器等拓扑由于不满足"直流小纹波"特性,因而无法应用开关电路等效法、状态空间平均法等最常用的方法来得到其小信号模型。要得到此类拓扑的小信号模型,必须采用其他的建模方法。扩展描述函数法基于谐波平衡理论,将变换器中重要的交流成分作为主体,对其进行分析,进而得到变换器的近似等效小信号模型,十分方便简单。本文基于扩展描述函数法,针对上述电路拓扑分别进行了小信号模型的理论推导。仿真软件交流扫描分析得到的结果与理论结果相符。 The small signal model of dual active bridge (DAB) converter, resonanDC/Dconvertercannobe obtained through equivalenswitching modeling method and state space averaging method since they do nofi"small ripple" theory. Othemethodshould be applied in thisituation. Extended describing function (EDF) method ibased on harmonibalance concept. Main Acomponeniconsidered asubjecin these topologieto gain the approximate small signal model and thimethod ifairly simple. The dynamimodel of the aforementioned topologieusing EDF iderived. Asweep simulation resultverify the correctnesand validity.
