陕西省中高职衔接发展探索与研究

中高职衔接发展是发展现代职业教育体系的重要内容之一。本文立足陕西教育现状,分析了陕西省中高职衔接的特点,指出了目标不准确、专业不对接、招生渠道不畅、中高职院校互动机制不畅等问题。提出中高职院校、教师互动,专业适应产业发展、统一的职业资格体系等中高职衔接发展策略。

The development of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges is one of the important content of modern vocational education system, this paper analysis the characteristic of the development of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province. Pointed out the baffle problem such as the target is not accurate, the major is not linked up and the recruit students channel is not unobstructed. And present the development tactics such as interaction system of schooI and teachers, major adapt to industrial development and unify the occupation qualification system.
