高校思想政治工作的法制化,是我国现有的一种全新的思想政治工作理念,也是高校思想政治工作与时俱进的现实需要。它是发展社会主义市场经济、构建社会主义和谐社会和高校思想政治工作走出困境的必然要求。社会规范调控体系中道德与法律的相互作用,客观上推动思想政治工作由虚变实,使自律与他律统一于实践活动之中,这样既提高教育的实效性,又充分发挥法制的力量。

The legalization of ideological and political work at college is not only a new concept in our country at present, but also practical needs when it goes with times. Besides, it is the inevitable requirement of developing socialist market economy, constructing harmonious society and making it out of trouble. The interaction between morals and laws in the regulating system of social norms objectively promotes the ideological and political work from virtual situation to reality. It can also unify the self-discipline and heteronomy in practice. Through this, we can both improve the effectiveness of education and give full play to the role of legal force.
