浅谈美国禁止就业歧视法律制度

摘要 美国具有完善的禁止就业歧视法律制度,并且在相关理论研究和具体实践上取得了显著的成果。本文简要介绍美国的相关法律制度,希望能够为我国禁止就业歧视的立法和司法实践提供参考。
