浅谈在CDM机制下的森林碳汇与项目运行

The Briefly Discuss of the Forest Carbon Sink and the Project Operation in CDM Mechanism

CDM清洁发展机制是全球携手应对气候变化挑战,达到温室气体减排目标的重要平台。增加森林碳汇量是实现减排目标的重要手段。本文就森林碳汇的概念以及森林固碳量分析做了简要阐述,对CDM机制运行的基本规则以及当前森林碳汇项目的运行情况进行了介绍。

CDM Clean Development Mechanism is the world work together to deal with the challenges of the climate change and an important platform to achieve greenhouse gas emission reduction targets. Increase forest carbon sink is an important means to achieve emission reduction targets. The concept of forest carbon sink, as well as the briefly describe about the amount of forest carbon analysis and the fundamental rule of CDM mechanism are in this paper. In addition, introduce the progress of the carbon sink project.
