摘要
桥梁检查车检查臂工作系统主要由液压控制系统、基本臂、伸缩臂、回转机构和变幅机构组成。本文根据升降变幅系统液压控制部分的工作原理,运用AMESim建立变幅系统的机液耦合模型,并对其进行仿真研究。根据研究结果对变幅液压系统进行了改进,并对其换向平稳性进行了仿真分析。研究结果将为桥梁检查臂动态设计和过载保护研究提供必要的理论依据。
The Crane ann of the bridge inspection equipment comprises mainly hydraulic system/basal arm/extension arm/slewing gear and amplitude system. Aeording to the principle of amplitude hydraulic system, building the simulation model by using AMESim software, simulating and studying the model. Ftnn'thermore, improving on the amplitude hydraulic system according to the research conclusion, and analyzing the reverse stability. The research conclusion t'an provide essential theory evidence for dynamic design and overload protection of the crane arm.
