摘要 石羊河流域是西北内陆河流域中水资源开发程度最高、供需矛盾最为突出、生态环境恶化最为严重的地区。从长远看,建立节水型农业和节水型社会是势在必行的。本文根据石羊河流域水资源特征和水资源利用中存在的问题以及建立节水农业这个大方向,应用层次分析法研究了节水型农业发展战略问题和对策措施以及这些措施相对重要性的排序,为在该地区进行节水农业发展的综合决策提供参考。 Shiyang river basin, a land-locked region, lies in the east of Hexi corridor in Gansu province. With the development of agriculture and industry and the increase of population, the serious problems existed in this area are the contradiction of water use between up reach and down reach and the poor environmental quality such as farmland desertion and soil salinization. So, it is imperative to set up water-saving agriculture and water-saving society at present and the future. In this paper, according to the features of the basin and the problems in using water resources, the strategies and countermeasures for developing water-saving agriculture are discussed, and the weight of each element by means of the analytic hierarchy process are calculated.
