摘要
研究了 3 皮考林和H2 O2 反应的各种影响因素 ,通过正交实验得到 3 皮考林 1 氧的最佳工艺条件为 :n(H2 O2 )∶n(3 皮考林 ) =1.2∶1.0 ,反应时间 5h ,催化剂负载率 18% ,产率达 92 0 %。
Picoline 1 oxide was synthesized by the reaction of 3 picoline with H\-2O\-2 and the effects of various factors on the reaction were discussed in detail.The optimum conditions were obtained for industrialization.The molar ratio of H\-2O\-2 to 3 picoline was 1.2∶1.0,reaction time was 5 h,weight percentage (wt%) of catalyst supported on active carbon was 18%.The yield reached 92.0%.
