高职学生顶岗实习期间权益保障问题研究

在职业教育改革发展过程中，工学结合、顶岗实习是的基础环节和关键任务。高职院校学生顶岗实习中存在一些问题，特别是学生权益缺乏保障，本文从对实习学生身份的界定出发，提出应立法明确政府、企业、学校等各自的责任，保护学生的合法权益得到有效保护，确保顶岗实习工作积极稳妥健康地开展。
