摘要
文章从高职院校普遍存在把职业技能的教育放在学校教育的首要位置,而忽视或漠视学生的情商的培养。本文从情商解读入手,讨论了高职院校情商培养的内容和途径,强调了高职院校学生情商培养的重要性。
EQ not born, was acquired form a series of key concepts and skills. EQ control their emotions reflected withstand outside pressure, the abihty to regulate their psychological balance! High EQ people always bring happiness to themselves and others, emotional intelligence can be cultivated slowly, everyone is master of his emotions, everyone can have a happy, positive life. Positive, optimistic, progressive life, each of us aspire to and pursue.
