局部晚期胃癌术前放化疗临床及病理降期效果的探讨

Research on clinical and pathological down-staging effects of pre-operative chemoradiotherapy on locally advanced gastric cancer

目的 探讨术前放化疗对局部晚期胃癌患者病理降期的效果.方法 回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年1月在我院接受治疗的35例局部晚期胃癌患者的临床资料,观察其放化疗方法及病理降期、毒副反应、手术切除等相关情况.结果 35例患者放化疗后有效率为54.29％,疾病控制率为80.00％,降期率为54.29％;手术切除率为88.57％,其不良反应主要以骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应为主.结论 术前放化疗可降低局部晚期胃癌患者肿瘤分期,对提高手术切除率、改善预后有积极意义.

Objective To investigate the down-staging effects of pre-operative chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced gaslric cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data about 35 cases of locally advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013. Observed chemoradiotherapy methods, pathological down-staging, toxici｜y and exairesis. Results The effective rate of chemoradiotherapy in 35 cases was 54.29%, the disease control rate （DCR） was 80.00%, the down-staging rate was 54.29%, and the resection rate was 88.57%. Adverse reactions mainly focused on myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion Pre-operative chemoradiotherapy can reduce neoplasm staging of locally advanced gastric cancer, and is effective in improving the resection rate and prognosis.
